• Museum Displays
Museum has two distinct display windows -- 'Museum Style' & 'Binder Style'. Each operates in both COLOR and Black & White. Rest assured, your document will look great in color, even if created on a B&W Mac!
• Window Sizing
You can re-size Museum displays by dragging the little black box located in the lower-right corner of the window. Displays can also be moved by dragging where the Title Bar normally resides in a Mac window.
• Colors
Color users can choose from a number of pre-defined palettes in the 'Colors' menu, or create a custom USER COLOR by selecting 'Customize...'
• Text
Museum text pages can be styled from an extensive Text menu, which includes -- Font, Size, Style & Color. The result is applied 'globally' to all text pages. The text background color can be customized from 'Preferences.'
• Preferences
The display options you select in Preferences are retained when you, or your reader, next opens Museum. (Note: Text will always be presented with a White Background to B&W users, regardless of your Text Background Color preference.)
• Slide Show
To begin the show, choose 'Slide Show' from the 'Museum' menu. The Slide Show can be set to automatically-- begin on startup, fit to monitor size, and scroll text pages. Select 'Preferences' for a full list of Slide Show options.
• Destruct
The 'Destruct' option is not as dangerous as it sounds! This simply locks your Museum document to prevent further modification. When you are ready to distribute your Museum document, select 'Destruct' from the 'Museum' menu.
>>> Museum Supporters may selectively jettison Museum menus and features, which not only customizes the 'look' of Museum but removes un-needed resources. If you're concerned about code size, check this out... You won't believe how tiny Museum becomes!
